The Vietnamese sports delegation has secured 12 official spots for the Paris 2024 Olympics, scheduled from July 26 to August 11, as reported by the Sports Authority of Vietnam under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

Member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung was appointed Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the 11th session of the 14th National Assembly on April 8.
